Describe the bug
When a new scene is saved, the scene cannot be found in the Scenes folder until manually refreshed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create and save scene
Observe that the newly saved scene is not visible in the Asset Browser

Expected behavior
New scenes should be visible
