The Scene file needs to serialize which camera each camera director starts with and pass that information to the camera system.

Needs to query how many camera directors there are currently, for when we increase it when there are more renderers

The number of camera directors might change over time so the scene file should still load if it doesnt have enough camera directors' starting camera serialized
